A: As a matter of fact, Islamic finance uses engineering methods, calculations and analysis to find out the statutable/permissible interest rates, profits, ..etc. In other words, Islamic Sharia law has intricate laws that controls and guarantees the financial rights for the individuals, groups and capital associations (banks). There is no "effecient" law as the islamic Sharia, The reason is that this law was created by God. That's why this law is the most suitable for the humanity benifit.

When a country nationalizes an industry (such as oil) foreign corporations or individuals often have their stake in those industries forced from them. They often have to resort to adjudication. There are some international court of justice cases dealing with this sort of thing.

A: The best way to approach this is to start your research first. As you start conducting your research and work your way through it, you'll find yourself working to a nice flow... The question will then stem from the direction your research has taken. Thats what I did for my dissertation. When it came to deciding what I wanted to do it on, all I knew was that I wanted it concerning criminal law, something to do with police stop and search powers.... Whilst doing my research, I came across the Stephen Lawrence case and found it really interesting and quite juicy in regards to the impact it had on the English Legal System.... I then decided to look into 'institutional racism'.... as thats the direction my research start leading me into.... In the end, the title became "An analysis of institutional racism within the police force in regards to stop and search powers."

A: People usually come on a visit visa to UAE and then distribute their CVs to the organisations they are interested in. They are lucky if they get a reply within the period of their stay in UAE. Otherwise, companies call people from their home countries and provide visas. I have been living in UAE for the past 9 years. There are many Islamic banks in UAE and the demand is huge. However, the conditions are difficult as the rents of flats have increased a lot and people are finding it difficult to keep their families in UAE. Best of luck to you.
